Heart-Centered Breathing sessions are uniquely designed to align breathing patterns with heartbeats so that clients achieve entrainment, thus increasing parasympathetic nervous system activity associated with a calm, peaceful state. It is gentle and safe, and it positively transforms thoughts, behaviors, and relationships.
Clients report experiences of mental clarity, emotional calm, stress relief, physical relaxation, and a sense of increased energy.
